To be eligible for the Madre Latina Organization's Higher Education Scholarship Program, applicants must: be an undergraduate or graduate student currently enrolled part-time or full-time in any accredited Connecticut public or private college or university; have a minimum GPA of 3.0; have completed at least one year of college.
