Madre Latina Inc. is pleased to announce the

Eilyn Maldonado's Scholarship of Excellence

The scholarship will be awarded to a High School Senior from Waterbury Connecticut

Sponsor: Attorney Isaias Diaz, family & Friends

Award: $500.00

Schools: High School in Waterbury

ELIGIBILITY

High School Senior who will graduate in June
Plan to enroll in college/university/trade school in Fall
Provide a 1 Letters of recommendations by email/ mail or by using the online form in the webpage
Provide High School Transcripts/ by mail/scan by email to info@madre-latina.com
Waterbury Resident
Citizen or Permanent Resident
Student needs at least 20 hours of volunteerism
The application must be postmarked by June 30*, (every year)

The award will be paid to the student upon confirmation of college enrollment. In order to receive this award, Recipient with parent (caregiver) is required to attend the Gala & Award reception.

The Recipient will receive one (1) complimentary admission to the Gala & Award. Parents and Guess need to purchase their tickets for the event. For tickets please contact Yoellie Iglesias at 203-232-7779
