The mission of Madre Latina is to promote and encourage the advancement of Hispanic mothers by providing training, technical assistance, and mentoring in order to pursue continuing education.

Madre Latina Gala & Award will be held on Saturday, May 2nd, 2020, at Wydham Hotel, Southbury CT. (84W, Exit 16) in Southbury, Connecticut.

The Gala & Award brings more than 300 individuals, including Business and Community Leaders, Healthcare providers, Family advocates, Government Officials and Members of Senator, Non-profit organizations, Youths, and Professionals of many careers.

Participation in the dinner directly funds Madre Latina’s meeting and ongoing activities and initiatives, unlike any other organization.

• 5:30 pm- Open doors & Networking
• 6:15 pm- Live Show/ Mariachi Show
• 7:00 pm- Award & Scholarship Ceremony
• 8:00 pm- Dinner
• 8:30 pm- Live Show
• 9:30 pm- Dance DJ Angel

ATTIRE:

• COCKTAIL DRESS & SEMI-FORMAL
• Men are encouraged to wear suits
• Please no sport cloths, no jean, no sneakers, no sport caps

WHERE CAN I PARK?

• Hotel will offer free parking for event’s guest.

SEATING

After you purchase your ticket, your name will be added to the registration table list.  If a table or couple is purchased, assignments are made base upon registration date; individual’s seats are also assigned by the date and multiple guests within a single reservation will be seated together.  Request for special seating cannot be accommodated.

Special Needs Request need to be in writing and received before April 8, 2020.

REFUND POLICY: Refunds will not be given unless the Gala & Award is canceled.  If you are unable to attend for any reason, you may send a replacement. Please notify the Gala’s coordinator of any changes via email info@madre-latina.com or call 203-232-7779
