RULES FOR ALL VENDORS AND

SPONSORS:

The Event Committee reserves the right to prohibit the service of any item or items not identified in the vendor’s description (above).

• Set up time will be between 8:30 am and no later than 9:00 a.m. Vendors must continuously occupy the assigned location and be open for service during all Event hours or until the close of the Event.

• The Event will be held on the stated date regardless of weather. Registration fees are Non‐ Refundable.

• Each vendor is solely responsible for securing its equipment and other personal property at all times.

• MADRE LATINA INC.  is unable to accept responsibility for any lost or stolen items, or for any equipment other than our own.

•  Only one organization or vendor may use each booth space unless prior authorization has been obtained from the MADRE LATINA'S committee.

• All vendors must conduct business in their designated booth area only, unless approved otherwise by MADRE LATINA'S committee.

• Pre-registered vendors unable to attend must notify MADRE LATINA'S 48 hours prior to the event and are not permitted to sublet without prior consent from MADRE LATINA'S.

• Fliers, handbills, and petitions will be limited to booth area only.
•  Non- booth holders may NOT distribute merchandise or fliers of any kind.

• NO FOOD ITEMS OR BEVERAGES MAY BE SOLD at vendor booths.

• Please do not display any merchandise that would be inappropriate for children. This is a family friendly event. Any decision made by MADRE LATINA’S officials is final.

• 6 Feet Table with two chairs (You need to bring your own tablecover)
• 2 Complementary Ticket for Luncheon
• Recognition on Madre Latina's Webpage for 3 months

• On Screen Logo Projection at the Event
• Stand Up Banner at the Event (only permitted)
• Opportunity to provide door prize item and recognition at conference

PACKAGE # 2

$150.00

• 3 Feet SHARING SPACE (Table is a 6 feet table and will be sharing with another company/organization)
• Each vendor needs to bring their tablecover for their sharing table's space
• Each vendor will have only one chair for their space (3 Feet space at the table)
• 1 Complementary Ticket per vendor for Luncheon
• Social Media Recognition
• On Screen Logo Projection at the Event
• Stand Up Banner at the Event (only permitted)
• Opportunity to provide door prize item and recognition at conference

It is highly recommended that you bring all the necessary items for your table setup and display, such as table cover, extension cords and other possibly needed materials. Vendors are responsible for transporting their own goods into and out of the building at their own expense.

•    The number of vendor spaces at the Event is limited and space will be assigned on a first come, first‐served basis; provided, however, that the Event Committee reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to assign vendor spaces as it deems in the best interest of the Event.

HOW TO PURCHASE THE VENDOR PACKAGES?

We welcome Males and Youths 14 yrs old or older. 

We are not offering any accommodation for children.  No children allow at the Forum.
