We are delighted to announce that the Madre Latina Gala & Award will take place on Saturday, October 7th, 2023, at the Wyndham Hotel, located at Exit 16 off I-84 in Southbury, Connecticut.  This extraordinary event will bring together over 300 esteemed attendees, including Business and Community Leaders, Family Advocates, Government Officials, Senatorial Representatives, Non-Profit Champions, Youth Pioneers, and Professionals from a wide range of fields.

Your presence at this dinner holds significant importance as it directly contributes to nurturing Madre Latina's gatherings and sustaining our ongoing transformative efforts. Your commitment is truly unparalleled among all organizations, and we eagerly anticipate the honor of hosting you at this remarkable occasion.

This gala is designed for adults, and you are more than welcome to bring your partner or youth. However, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate children at this event.

Please ensure that all attendees have paid their admission fees before the event. We will not be selling tickets at the door.

DRESS CODE 

ELEGANT COCKTAIL & SEMI-FORMAL ATTIRE

Gentlemen are kindly requested to don suits for the occasion.

Please bear in mind that this event is a gala, and we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing casual attire such as sportswear, jeans, sneakers, or baseball caps. Your elegant presence will enhance the overall atmosphere of the evening. Thank you!

PARKING

Hotel will offer free parking for event’s guest.

SEATING

Once you have purchased your ticket, your name will be promptly added to the registration table list. For those who have purchased tables or couples' tickets, seating assignments will be made based on the date of registration. Likewise, individual seats will be assigned in accordance with the registration date, and guests within the same reservation will be seated together. 

Please note that we are unable to accommodate requests for special seating arrangements.

If you have any special needs or requests, we kindly ask that you submit them in writing and ensure they are received no later than August 8, 2023.

REFUND POLICY

Please be aware that refunds will only be issued in the event of the Gala & Award's cancellation. If you find yourself unable to attend for any reason, you have the option to send a replacement in your place.
